In May, 2016, the exhibition "Women in resistance", organized by the association "Femmes d'ici et d'ailleurs" and funded by OLVEA's Philanthropic Fund, was presented in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
This exhibition presented about twenty reports made since 1998 in 20 countries by Pierre-Yves Ginet, French photojournalist.
Her work pays tribute to the struggles, contributions and sacrifices of women working for peace, survival, dignity, democracy, equality and justice.
